The BOOST project will create a holistic population-based approach to promote mental well-being in primary school children by integrating effective components of the already-existing Social and Emotional Learning (SEL) programs, whose aim is to boost mental well-being and resilience, into an approach targeting teachers’ pedagogical skills.

The BOOST approach will be implemented in schools in different cultural and socio-economic contexts and will thus include a wide variety of children with different backgrounds, vulnerabilities, and educational needs.
